18禁版と全年齢版両方購入しましたが、
やはり18禁のほうは、メインがエロなのでただ耳かきを楽しいたい方はこちらをお勧めします。
いや、実はどちらもおすすめです(笑)

18禁版のほうは、耳かきの音が長い感じがあるが、
こっちは耳かきの途中にずっとCVさんが声をかけてくれます。
安くてボリュームもあるし、おまけのほうもなかなかのものですから購入しても絶対に後悔はありません。
