タイトルのとおり、ツンデレの幼馴染から頭をマッサージされます。
マッサージやシャンプー、炭酸水でのシャンプーなど色んな方法で頭を癒してくれます。
ツンデレといっても暴力的な激しいものではなく、素直になれないから強い口調が出てしまうという大人しいものでした。
主人公がハゲるのを気にしており、思ったよりも落ち込んでしまった際には慌てて、フォローをするというように、根は優しく主人公を大切に思っていることが分かります。
