見たことがないテーマに惹かれ購入。
明晰夢という言葉は初めて知りました。
自分が見たい夢を自分で導くというものです。
まだ見れたことはないのですが、催眠効果は当然ありますしなかなか期待できる作品ではないかと思います。
根気強く楽しみながら挑戦したいですね。
