約5年ぶりに出た『淫妖蟲』シリーズ最新作である「淫妖蟲 凶」は、病院を舞台に新キャラや新たな陵辱シーンを加え、物語もより新しくなっております。

特によかったのはナース姿の深琴と水依の陵辱シーンと深琴のキモ漢との寝取られHが最高に良かったです。

本作の序章に当たる外伝三作と後日譚に当たるアペンドディスクといっしょにプレイすれば最高に楽しめます。
