毒島シリーズの一作。連番タイトルだが、単体で問題なく楽しめるので気にせずに買って問題ない。
お値段なりの内容ではあるが、下手なエロゲーを買うよりかは満足できるであろうエロさ。
具体的な内容としては、バスジャックに巻き込まれた毒島がなんだかんだ言いつつ事件を解決してしまうというもの。ただし、その過程で女性たちが襲われてしまうのだが。

短いがそこそこ楽しめるシナリオに、エロさ。安いなりのパフォーマンスかと思われる。
