前回までの、おやすみシリーズと違って最初から起きている状態で、どの様にして患者に危機感を持たせずに、イタズラしていくかが、鍵となっています。そのため、救済措置として媚薬等があるので、細かく考えずにただ、キャラがエロエロになっていく姿も見れるので、良質なヌキゲーとして最適です。
