プレイヤーは『優しいパンチ』『お触り(揉む)』『パンチ』のアクションを使い分け、女の子の顔や胸などの部位、そして触れるタイミングによって様々な反応が起こります。
3D且つ格闘要素の在るゲームなので最初は難しいかもしれませんが、少し慣れればある程度は自在に責めることが可能です。

個人的にはクリア後のエロシーンよりミニゲーム中の女の子のリアクションのほうが好きでしたので、おまけ要素に体力無限や無抵抗モードなんかがあればもっと楽しめたと思います。
