近年一部の層で人気が高まりつつある催眠音声。その影響で数多くの催眠音声作品が販売されており、様々なシチュの催眠が楽しめるのですが、本作では余分な前置きや状況説明は一切無く、純粋な催眠導入とリラックスを味わうことが出来ました。他の作品で導入部分が自分に合わない…という時の催眠導入に使ってもいいですし、時間もコンパクトなので寝る前のリラックス目的でも使える汎用性の高い作品だと感じました。
