初めて聴いた時は、環境音が混じってたせいかあまり世界に入れませんでした。
ただ数日後、今度は安静な状態、程よい眠気の中聞きました。
自分が感じた効果を言いますね。
1時間半強と書いてありますが体感的に2～3時間さまよってる気分でした。
そしてある音を聴かされる度に少しずつ肛門の奥の方に痛み(?)を感じ膝がガクガクした記憶があります。

結果的にあれは快楽なのかよくわかりませんでしたが、暗示にはかかってたと思います。
しばらく続けていればもしかしたら快感に変わるかもしれません。
