発病前後のシーンはありませんが、妹がおっぱい絞ってくれと頼みに来たり、母乳シーンが多めなので、母乳フェチの方にはおすすめです。
最終的には孕ませ、妊婦もあります。個人的には妊婦やおっぱいが大きくなるお話が好きなので買いまいたが、それでも十分楽しめました。買って損はない話と思います。
