はっきりとした夢を見ることはできました

昼寝に使ってみたところ、やたらとはっきりとした夢を見ることができ、なおかつ、覚醒音声にあわせて目を覚ますこともできました。しかし、これが夢であるという自覚や夢を自在に操作する感覚を得ることはできませんでした。今後も何度か繰り返して聞いてみたいと思います。
