不倫ものですが登場人物のふたりはどちらもさっぱりした性格で、
強い愛憎のない他の住人がしてるし自分も…という好奇心から軽い雰囲気で関係を結ぶので背徳感はあまり強くないかなと思います。
ただこのサラッとした感じが何だかリアル?

ヒロイン側は特別な感情はなさそうですが小鷹さんはヒロインに淡い想いがあるようで、
時々覗かせる好意にやトラック5のラストのつぶやきに萌えました。

関係がまだ続くようなあっさり終わるような絶妙な雰囲気の最後で、その後が気になります。
