リラックス効果がとても高いので安眠向けでもある作品だと思います。
特に疲れている時などに聴いてみたら、少し胸の中がス～っと安らかになれるようなリフレッシュ効果を感じることが出来ました。

値段はとても安価なので、まずはこちらの作品を聴いてそれからお好みのボイス作品に移行すればスッと催眠に掛かりやすく感じました。

こちらの作品単体でも安眠効果が高く25分と短めなので、寝る前に安らかな気持ちになって熟睡したいとお考えの人は是非試してみて下さい♪
