ゲーム内容はちちうしと呼ばれるエロい女の子を調教して最高のちちうしにする。それと借金の返済です。ですが期限は決められてないのでのんびりとちちうしと育成に励みつつプレイすることができます。牧場○語という作品をプレイした方ならだいたいの内容も分かる作品です。戦闘に関してはボタンをタイミングよく押して攻撃するだけでそんなに難しくはありませんでした。
