　普通の華奢な雰囲気の女の子が理不尽にも性的虐めを受けて……
　と此処まで聞いていると陰惨極まりないです。
　が、物語に挿入される様々な過去のシーン、最後に待ち構えるある種のどんでん返しと言うか、タイトルの通りの真実が露になるシーン、とエロ一辺倒ではありません。

　シーンとしては結構な数の放尿、おもらしがあり、選択肢によっては恭子ちゃんの処女はバ○ブに奪われてしまいます。
　そう言ったシチュエーションが好きならお勧めです。
