前巻から更にパワーアップ。
特にカラー漫画7作品かつ総ページ数219という異様なボリューム。
今作は『おっぱい喫茶バリスタ-えっちなお悩み、解決します-』シリーズがメイン、ファンタジー要素はありますがパイズリは相変わらず素晴らしい。
男体化や女装といったバリエーションからダブルパイズリまで網羅。
前作が嗜好に刺さった人なら間違いないでしょう。
