前作を購入していなくても、全く問題ありません。
とても楽しめます。

個人的にベストなのがパート4で、詳しい内容は伏せますがもう何もする気になれず、本当に力が抜けてだらけきった状態になれます。ここまでの無力感というのは中々味わえるものではなく新鮮でした。
他のパートも素晴らしいですが、このパートだけでこの作品を購入する価値はあると思います。
