この作品はパイズリ好きのパイズリ好きによるパイズリ好きのための作品と言えます。物語は主人公が朝、目をさましたら姉にパイズリされていたというところから始まります。世界が町のいたるところでパイズリが行われるのが普通になるように主人公を除いて変わってしまうという展開です。プレイはパイズリのみで出てくる女の子はみんな爆乳で後半ではパイズリフォースという組織に主人公が捕まり女性上位でパイズリが行われるためそういうのが好みの人にもおすすめです。パイズリが大好きという方は買って損はないと思います。
