これほどリラックス・安眠に適した作品は他にありません。
夜眠れない子供相手に背中をゆっくり「ポン、ポン」と優しく叩いてあげると、
驚くほどスヤスヤ眠ってしまうように、
心臓の「ドクン、ドクン」というリズムやその音声には、
人間が本能的に安心してしまう、心地よさがあります。

大人になってしまうと、
甘えられる相手がいなくなってしまうものですが、
この『心音の森』を聞けば、
両親が大事に守ってくれた子供時代を思い出せます。
心音だけではなく、ひたすら甘えさせてくれる言葉攻めも心地いい。
ひたすら安心できる音声作品です。
