音と声による催眠音声でした。
催眠誘導が的確でリラックスして聞いているとすぐ入れます。
自分は女性の声しか聞いていないのですが、好みの声だったので聞いていて心地よかったです。
こういった作品は声の好みがあると思いますのでまず、サンプルを聞いてみていいと思ってからの購入をオススメします。
