これまで、こういった催眠音声は何度も挑戦してきましたが
なかなか催眠状態に入ることが出来ず悩んでいました。
しかしヘミシンクの存在を知り、この作品を購入してみました。

結果として、初めて催眠状態を実感できました!
今のところ5回ほど聞いていますが、回数を重ねるごとに
うまく催眠状態に入れるようになってきました。

この作品のおかげで催眠に入るコツのようなものを得られました。
それによって他の催眠音声でも入りやすくなったように感じます。
