この作品、ただの音声作品として楽しむだけではなく、作者のCHIKAさんのブログも合わせて読むのがお勧めです。
(サークルホームページとしてリンクがある先です)
音声以外にも射精管理に関する記事を書かれており、そちらの方もかなり良質です。
10日我慢はかなりキツいですが、10日目の音声はかなりクルものがあるので、何とか耐え切ってみるのがいいと思います。

他のレビュアーさんも色々書かれていますが、価値観変わりますよ。
