第二の手足と最初聞いたときはパッとしませんでしたが音声の指示通りに意識してやってみると成る程と身体を通して納得出来ました。ちゃんと第二の手足にも理由があり、理にかなっているとわかりました。意識することの大切さを実感出来ました。

阿修羅像や千手観音像の秘密などPDFで触れているのもとても為になりました。
