前作「手錠付き子作り同棲性活」からの続き物ですね。
前作から一か月後、手錠ははずれたけど同棲生活は続けているという状態からのスタートになります。

授業が終わったあと、見知らぬ女生徒に保健室に連れて行くよう頼まれ保健室に来たまでは良かったのだが突然その女生徒に押し倒されてしまい・・・。

前作から一か月後な事もあり、以前よりも仲が深まっている様子が見られるのはシリーズものの良いところですね。
また、後半では冒頭の女生徒との3Pも見られます。

可能であればまた続きが読んでみたい作品ですね。
