不治の病に侵され、余命僅かを宣告された妹の願いを叶えるために妹と性別も年齢さえも入れ替わることになる作品。

とにかく絵柄が可愛くて購入しました。他の方も書かれているように直接的なHの描写は無いのですが、可愛らしいイラストもあって、年下の少女として扱われる内容にゾクゾクさせられます。

入れ替わりものが好きな方なら特に満足できるのではないかと思います。
