催眠系はよく聞くのですがよかったところが一点。
よくある「私の呼吸に合わせて...」みたいなシーンで
超絶肺活量ではないこと。
リラックスしたいのにかえって疲れてしまうものにも
多く当たったのでこれは凄くよかったです。
