蟲姦要素ありますが、虫に脳を貪り食われる恐怖を題材としたパニックホラーメインの作品です。

生きたまま虫に脳を食われる描写が恐ろしい。現実にやつをそのまんま大きくしましたって感じの虫デザインが、シリーズ独自の恐怖感を醸し出しています。リアルっぽい虫に犯されるシーンでエロさを感じつつも同時に嫌悪感を覚えるレベル。

食脳虫という設定もエグイながらのエロシーンもエグい。
こういった作品が好きな方はめっちゃ楽しめると思います。
