セルフパートは催眠というよりもなりきり感のある遊びです。

なんか変わったことがして見たい日、なにかしたいんだけどすることが無い日などにノリで聴いてみると面白いかもしれません。

音声と同じ格好することで物語の主人公がやらされている場面を想像しやすくなります。
ドライパートで聴いた時に、より催眠状態へ入りやすくなると思います。
