デパート経営SLGゲームです。RPG部分はほとんどおまけです。
男女二人ずつの主人公が選べ、選んだキャラによって担当するテナントが違い、さらにマルチEDなので、何周でも楽しむことができます。
前作のキャラがお客として来るのも個人的にうれしかったです。
