となりの部屋ではすでに姉は弟のものに、、、というシチュエーション。

主人公が姉との将来を夢見て妄想しているのと同時進行で
隣の部屋で絡まる2人のようすが様子が濃厚に描かれており
寝取られとしてかなりエロい

バレが示唆されているので、続編では主人公の絶望や無力感
というものにも期待できそうです
