へミシンクというものをよくわかっていませんでしたが、常に音を聞かされるというものでした。

初めはそれほど意識しないのですが、段々とその音に頭の中がおかしくされていくような感覚になります。

あまり催眠にはかからない自分でしたが、催眠を体験することができました。
