前作『ココナのサバイバル日誌～ロリドワーフちゃんのHな無人島ライフ～ 』の続編であり、ストーリーも繋がっています。
前作のエロが全て異種姦だったのに対し、今回は人との絡みが中心になっています。
多少難易度が上昇しているものの、ストーリー・エロシーンのボリュームアップにお馴染みの美麗イラストと、より楽しめる作品になっていると思いました。
