バイノーラル録音ではないのでそれが好きな人はあまり催眠に入るのがキツイですが入れた時の快感は良いいです
でもあまり音量を上げて聞くと耳が悪くなる感じがしましたので無理な音量にせず適度な音量で聞くのがオススメだと感じます
