作品の内容は全体的に静かで、眠る前のストレッチ等を入れた普通の睡眠用の音声作品とは違った感じの作品に仕上がってます。
耳舐め等もありますが体が疲れていたらいつのまにか寝てしまっていますので耳舐めに到達するまでに寝てしまうことも。
睡眠用のお供にどうぞ。
