ゲームのシステムは通常のRPGと変わりありませんが、HPが戦闘ごとに減り続ける仕様なので回復アイテムを保持し続けなければ厳しいでしょう。

エロ部分はシスターが無理やり犯されるシーンが主となっています。またHP残量によって立ち絵やカットインに変化があったりとバラエティに富んでいます。

絵もいい感じにエロいので良い雰囲気の作品であると思います。
