前作、前々作同様の探索型のRPGです。
特徴的なのは排泄描写にやたらこだわったシチュエーションが多彩なところでしょうか。

ボリュームも多く、路上で脱糞や略奪等やれる事も非常に多いのでやりごたえはバッチリでしょう。

スカトロを受け入れられるならプレイするべき作品です。
