本編がないと動作しないようなので注意。

本編に追加のシナリオとダンジョンが加わります。
エロシーンはいつも通り、負けると妖怪に凌辱されるという流れで展開されます。

また、今までのシリーズに出てきた主人公が登場し、彼女たちのシーンも新たに追加されるので、神楽シリーズ経験者ならおススメの作品です。
