明晰夢に視点を向けた珍しい作品だったので購入。
眠って90分経ってからが本編なので眠ることを前提にしています。最初に安眠誘導トラックがありますが、これがかなりリラックスできてただ眠るためだけにも使えます。
あまり気を入れすぎると眠れないので1日の終わりの疲れた状態で気を抜いて聞くといいです。
うまく催眠にかかれなくても無理だとあきらめずに出来ると思って何度も挑戦するのが大事です。
