催眠の丁寧さは初心者向けとも言えますが、催眠の方向性の尖り方は類をみないため、総合的には上級者向けと言えます。

ただ、私の場合は深く落ちすぎて、どうしても道中が思い出せない場面があるんですよねぇ。
