催眠に掛かる前に、催眠にかかるとはどういうことか、から説明してくれます。
そのため、かかり方が浅くても「これが催眠なんだ」と解りやすく、初心者でも楽しめるのではないでしょうか。

もちろん、技法は丁寧で催眠慣れした諸氏も満足できると思います。

なお、男女共用とありますが、一応注意点が。内容はほぼ共用ですが、一部だけ性差の差分があります。各々の性別に合わせて聞きましょう。
