タイトルにもある様に弟の事が大好きだけど素直じゃないお姉ちゃんとエッチなことをします。お互いに初めてなのでお姉ちゃんから「どうすればいいの?」「気持ちいい?」など聞かれます。

最初はツンツンなお姉ちゃんだけどあとではデレデレになります。姉好きの方にはお勧めです。
