いつも身近にいた親友を救うため、自分の心臓を差し出す少女とそれを受け入れる少女。
心臓を親友へ提供した少女は、機械の心臓を代わりに体内へ入れて生活していきます。
お互いがお互いを必要とし、補っている関係が印象深く描かれています。
親友という枠から抜け出すかどうかのもどかしい雰囲気が良いです。
前編なので、これからどんどん物語に変化が出ると思うと、続きが楽しみになる作品です。
