本作のジャケットイラストに描かれており、音声の長さも一番であるボクっ娘ママの存在がやはり目玉ではないかと思われます。
最近赤ちゃんプレイを拗らせるあまり、普通の女性に甘えたりロリっ娘にバブみを感じるだけでは飽き足らず、新しいタイプの女性に赤ちゃん扱いされたいと思っていたのですが、CV和登のえるさんの落ち着いたハスキーボイスによるマニッシュなボクっ娘はピッタリでした。
女性でありながらボーイッシュでありイケボという相反する特徴に思えますが、母性と父性が両方そなわり最強に見えます。
