頭の整理というと実際に紙に書き出すといった方法がよく知られていますが、常に筆記用具を持っているわけではないし、何より面倒です。

この方法は場所や道具を選ばずにできるため、私のようなめんどくさがりでも取り組みやすくおすすめです。
