旧作のバージョンアップ版で、キャラ数の増加によりバラエティ溢れる戦いが繰り広げられる。
2D格闘ツクール2ndを使いこなした『StudioS』の作品だけあり、システム面の完成度の高さと数多くのエロ技を今作でも両立。
性的な要素以外にも『遊び』を楽しめるエロゲーは数あれど、格ゲーというフォーマットを最大限に発揮した内容といえる。
待望のロリ・ショタ枠登場により、プレイヤーの対象範囲が大きく広がった(?)のも魅力といえよう。
