催眠を導入過程において音楽を使うという新しいものです。集中を音楽に向けることにより没入感を高める手法は純粋に催眠状態に入りやすいほかに多くの人にとって新鮮味があるでしょう。この新鮮味も手伝って大変入り込みやすいです。今までかかったことがないという人にはぜひおすすめです。終わった後は少し疲れるかもしれないので週末などの余裕のある時に聞くほうがいいかもしれません。
