最近の音声作品では珍しく、耳かきやマッサージなど、直接的な癒し行為がなく、安眠を誘ってくれる作品です。

最大の特徴はタイトルにある通り、心音です。
科学的にも人の鼓動というのは、安心感を与え、眠気を誘うということが言われており、某動画サイトにもその音の動画があるくらいです。

これは女の子の癒される声がプラスされて、安眠効果倍増です!
耳かきだとたまーに眠れないこともあるという方!試してみてはいかがでしょうか
