主な追加内容としては、NPCメイドや夜伽、VIPプレイ、フリーモードの追加です。
特にフリーモードは非常に便利で、cm3d2本体だけだと不便だった部分が格段に便利になります。
カスタムメイド3D2+ ACT.2を導入しているとNPCのイベントが追加されたりするので、一緒に購入することをお勧めします
