ランスシリーズ6作目となる本作ですが、ゲームシステムはウィザードリィのような3Dダンジョンとなっています。
難易度はそれなりといった感じで歯ごたえがあって楽しめます。
シナリオは大変良く、特に終盤は怒涛の展開となっています。
