こちらは商品説明にある通り、本家ボカロに付いているexVoiceと呼ばれる専用の音声のバラ売りとなっております。
したがってゆかりさんのボカロを持っていれば購入は必要ありません。

ボカロやボイロと違ってサンプル的に用意された音声ファイルパックなので
自分で色々作り込むといったことはできませんが、
例えば動画中に合いの手を入れる程度であればこれで充分に使えます。
